Not Today is an occasional radio and an open invitation to a space dedicated to ideas waiting to be explored. It is a hybrid space where the physical and digital intersect. The project takes the form of a website that broadcasts live sound events, blending archives and original works. But it is also a physical space, one that invites artists, musicians, and performers to explore its potential.
Not Today values collective memory through three types of spectators: those on-site, remote viewers, and archive listeners. The challenge is to explore the emotional and political value of sound, both as a carrier of memory and a tool for transmission. A sound event, even when no longer “lived” in its physical form, remains an emotional and collective experience that brings people together.
Not Today: neither here, nor there.
